These terms apply to your use of Exudy ( exudy.co.nz ) and to any orders you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping Information and Returns & Exchanges pages.
Products & pricing
Many of our pieces are handmade or natural, so slight variation in colour, size and texture is normal and part of their charm. We do our best to show each item accurately, but on-screen colours may differ slightly from the real piece. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and product availability at any time.
Orders & payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order once payment is successfully processed. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping & delivery
We ship New Zealand wide with zone-based rates calculated at checkout. For delivery times and costs, see our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed, as courier timeframes can vary.
Returns & refunds
You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text and branding, belongs to Exudy or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Exudy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.
