We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

As many pieces are handmade, slight variation in colour and texture is part of their charm and isn't considered a fault. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
